Coaching Programs for 2025
COURAGEOUS ADVISORS MASTERMIND
This group offers a supportive community where advisors can share experiences, gain insights, and stay focused on their weekly goals. This group coaching experience fosters growth through peer support and collective wisdom, making it an ideal complement to our one-on-one coaching options.
Our weekly MASTERMIND will be held on Mondays at 10:00am CST. All calls are recorded and sent to the registered attendees by the end of the day of the call.

FAST START PROGRAM (January 6 - March 31)
This is a daily accountability program designed to help you be immediately in action to achieve production goals each day. We will address prospecting, referrals, holistic strategy, and questions that create action from your prospective client. We will introduce strategies for cash flow management, wealth strategies, and legacy planning. These habits, daily activities, and productivity tracking habits have significantly improved previous participants' practice. The enrollment will include daily emails, texts, or messages from me and a required commitment and response from the participants daily.

THE 2025 GAME TIME COACHING PROGRAM
This is a six-month one-on-one coaching program designed specifically for the enrolled advisor. Each week, the advisor works on their practice with me.
You will have a recorded call with me for at least one hour and activities to pursue during the week that meet your desired outcomes. These include case review, role-play, marketing, and practice management. You can also work with me and my team on joint cases. Ask me about how to earn a discounted rate for this program.
